Delivery

We process all orders as soon as possible on receipt of payment.
items are despatched as soon as possible after this.
Goods should reach the customer normally within Three-Five working days from receipt of order.
( Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.)

Please Note:

Although I endeavour to despatch within 24-48 Hrs of receipt of order I can not be responsible for or can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery once item has left my premises.

Goods are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.

Postage and Packaging

Delivery prices are clearly stated on the website.
All items are sent via either Royal mail or Courier depending on weight and size.
These delivery charges apply to mainland UK post codes only.
We do not ship overseas,

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Right to Withdraw


You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took delivery of goods into your/their possession. The goods must be returned unopened with all accessories, packaging,
instructions etc and must be in unused condition.
Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty and returned within 14 days, on examination if item is found to be faulty due to manufacturer fault, I am happy to replace or refund it. After this period of time, item will be returned to manufacturer / supplier for repair or replacement.

All new items come with a minimum one year warranty.

condition in which they were sent out. During this ‘cooling off’ period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

Mistakes

In the event of a mistake being made with a customers bill, receipt or payment,
we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

My customers are very important to me.
I promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days,
and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as I can.
I will endeavour to resolve all complaints within seven working days.
