The Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle Commonly known as the SPV, is a 10 wheeled two seater vehicle capable of speeds in excess of 200 mph.
The SPV has no windscreen, its driven with the driver facing the rear of the vehicle via a tv monitor.
It is also amphibious with the wheels retracting upwards into the body.
